TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCOUNT CREATION AND USE
   a. To create an account on our website, injection-molding (the “Site”), you must provide accurate and complete information.
   b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
   c. You agree not to use another user’s account or password.

2. CONTENT
   a. The Site contains content created by users (“User-Generated Content”) as well as content owned by injection-molding (the “Site Content”).
   b. You may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, license, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Site Content without permission.
   c. By posting User-Generated Content, you grant injection-molding a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, modify, and distribute that content.

3. COMMUNICATIONS
   a. The Site may provide means for users to communicate with each other (e.g., comments, forums).
   b. You agree not to spam or harass other users through these communication channels.
   c. Injection-molding reserves the right to monitor and remove any content deemed inappropriate or violative of our Terms.

4. CONDUCT
   a. You agree not to use the Site for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.
   b. You agree not to post defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   a. The Site and all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents) are owned by injection-molding.
   b. You may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, license, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Site or its intellectual property without permission.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   a. In no event shall injection-molding be liable for any damages (including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages) arising out of your use of the Site.
   b. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site and notify us.

7. TERMINATION
   a. Injection-molding reserves the right to terminate user accounts without notice if they breach these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
   b. Upon termination, you agree to destroy any copies of the Site Content in your possession.

8. GOVERNING LAW
   a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
   b. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
